HS main parking lot. Saturdays there is a $1.00 parking
fee. Tournament participants please enter the school
thru the back gate located on Northam St. I will have
players to direct them to the basketball courts for

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
Each division/age group will play in 5-6 games
depending on the number of entries. Awards will be given for
1st-3rd place for 13 players per team. |

All games will be 5 minute quarters with two time
outs. Ties in bracket play stand and we will use FINA tie break
rules.
-
Points for 12 girls and 10 mixed will be 3 points
for a win, 2 for a tie and 1 point per loss. Teams with equal
points will be determined by their head to head result. If
there is a tie then the next classification will be goal
differential against the next highest team in the bracket. Ties
in a two team bracket that needs a result will go directly to
shoot outs.

First Team listed is white caps. Teams need to
provide your own warm up balls and game caps.

Refs need to email games worked and their mailing
address to
greg@chawp.com
to get paid.

Event T-Shirts are on sale at the pools for
$20.00 each.

We have a few vendors at various pools so please visit them in
support of our tournament. S & R sport will be at Ayala on
Friday , Temescal Cyn on Sat and Roosevelt on Sunday.
And, the
official t-shirt by Monsterpolo will be available at all pools.

TOURNAMENT RULES AND REQUIREMENTS:
1.
Tournament entry fee
and completed rosters are due no later than Saturday, June
20th, 2008.
No
exceptions.
2.
All teams must provide their own warm-up balls and game caps.
3.
All players must wear the same cap number throughout the
tournament. First team listed will wear the dark caps and are the
“home” team.
4.
We suggest that your teams bring canopies for shelter from
the sun because shade is limited.
5.
Any forfeits result in a $100.00 fine per game to the
offending team. Games are ruled a forfeit 10 minutes after the
scheduled start time or if a team does not have at least 7 players
on their roster ready to play at the start. It is the
responsibility of the coach or team manager to follow the tournament
schedule.
6.
If your team withdrawals prior to the beginning of the
tournament you must find another team to fill your spot or forfeit
your entry fee. |
