CLUB REGISTRATION:
Register ONLINE by clicking here or go to the 'registration' page to print off form.
Payment can be made by credit card in our Online Store or you can pay by check.

USA WATER POLO REGISTRATION
Register ONLINE by clicking here or go to the 'registration' page to print off form
Payment can be made by credit card in while in the USAWP web site or you can pay by check and mail it to them.

POOL SELECTION
Go to the 'directions to pools' page for CHAWP locations & directions

REGISTER THE FIRST NIGHT OF PRACTICE
Come to the pool a little early the first night of practice and turn in your club registration form, a copy of your registration with USA Water Polo and payment (or a copy of the online transaction).

PLAN ON GETTING INTO THE POOL THE FIRST NIGHT AND HAVE A GREAT TIME!
