If you have previously registered online, here is how you access your information:

·          Go to http://www.chawp.net

·          Click on the red ‘Log On’ button at the upper left corner of the page.

·          Enter your user name (your e-mail address) and enter your CHAWP login password. Click submit.

·          If you have forgotten your password, just click on the “forgot your password” link, enter your e-mail address and submit.  Your password will be e-mailed to you.

·          You are now logged in.

·          Click on ‘Jump to my Athlete page’. This page has 4 information boxes.  Got to the ATHLETE INFORMATION box and click on ‘Change Athlete Contact or Team Information’.

·          Please check to see that all the information that has been entered into the database is correct, and fill-in any empty spaces.

·          Then click on ‘Click to Save’.

·          Click on ‘Click here to return to my Athlete page’.

·          Next go to the ‘Athlete Parental Consent Status’ box and ‘click here to print the form’.  We must have this form every session.  Please fill in any info in red.  Parent/guardian must sign & date. 

·          Print off the form and mail or turn in the form the first night of practice along with a copy of your USA Water Polo registration card and a check or a printout of your PayPal credit card transaction.

If you have never registered before with CHAWP:

·          Go to http://www.chawp.net

·          Click on the red ‘Log On’ button at the upper left corner of the page.

·          Click the ‘sign up new athlete’ link.

·          Fill in all the info in the white text boxes.

·          After filling in all the info, please ‘click here to register’.

·          You will then be taken to a screen that says “(your name) has been added”. 

·          Now single-click on the ‘click here to login for (your name)’.

·          The user name is your e-mail address, enter your password and submit.

·          You are now logged in.

·          Click on ‘Jump to my Athlete page’. This page has 4 information boxes.  Got to the ATHLETE INFORMATION box and click on ‘Change Athlete Contact or Team Information’.

·          Please check to see that all the information that has been entered into the database is correct, and fill-in any empty spaces.

·          Then click on ‘Click to Save’.

·          Click on ‘Click here to return to my Athlete page’.
