Membership Terms: Memberships are on a calendar-year basis, and expire on December 31. However, If you are a first time member of USA Water Polo and sign up between September 1 and December 31, your membership will be valid for the following year as well.

CLUB REGISTRATION POLICY:
No athlete will be allowed in the water without current USAWP registration.
No Athletes will be allowed in the water without current CHAWP registration.
Please mail OR turn in registration forms when you return to practice. You may bring completed reg. form & payment your first night of practice, but they MUST be turned in before an athlete can get into the water.
FEE RETURN POLICY:
Novice athletes: 2-wk. grace period for refunds.
All other athletes: no refunds after the first week of practice.

Jr. Water Polo Academy Boys & Girls ages 8-12 $175	10 & Under Athlete born 1998 or later $225	11-14 yrs. born 1994-1997 $300	15 yrs. OR Older born 1993 or earlier $350	19 yrs. OR Older (for former CHAWP athletes only) $75
